Tamar is a seasoned philanthropy professional with extensive experience guiding individuals, families, and foundations to give with purpose and impact. In addition to her work advising clients through Palm Philanthropy Advisors, she is the founder of The Palm Collective, a private network of philanthropists focused on Jewish and Israel giving, and serves as Senior Advisor to the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, where she has held leadership roles for nearly two decades.
Tamar brings a personal, values -driven approach to her work, grounded in trust, clarity, and an exceptional ability to facilitate collaboration across generations.
A committed community leader, Tamar serves on the boards of Hillel International, Mem Global, Constructive Dialogue Institute, and Educational Alliance.
Marina is an experienced philanthropic leader and strategist with a background spanning both global foundations and cross-sector initiatives. In addition to her work advising clients through Palm Philanthropy Advisors, she serves as CEO (part-time) of Genesis Philanthropy Group, where she has spent over 15 years advancing Jewish identity and engagement, particularly among Jews from the former Soviet Union.
Originally from the FSU and trained as a project management consultant , Marina brings a sharp operational lens and a passion for thoughtful, results-oriented giving. She has lived in Israel and is deeply committed to building strong Israel–Diaspora connections and maximizing the impact of philanthropic investments
